The property and room were very clean. The king bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping replenished still and sparkling water when I consumed the first two bottles. The front desk were very helpful with directions. The hotel was just 5 to 15 minutes walk to every shop, restaurant, or venue that I wanted to visit with my family.

We arrived at 12.00 and got very surpriced when the offered to have the room, but it would cost an additional 50%, as l got disappointed the updated the offer to 100 euro. I dont think this is good customer service.

A Stylish, Perfectly Located Haven in Saint-Tropez! "An absolute gem in the heart of Saint-Tropez!" Our stay at Hotel Ventura was flawless from start to finish. The location on Chemin des Amoureux couldn't be better—just a short, peaceful stroll from Place des Lices and the harbor (Vieux Port), meaning you are right next to the action without any of the night noise. The 70s Riviera-inspired decor strikes the perfect balance between modern chic and coastal Mediterranean warmth. Our room was immaculately clean, bright, and incredibly comfortable, equipped with top-notch amenities (including a handy kitchenette and ultra-fast Wi-Fi). The staff truly stole the show—warm, attentive, and always ready with local dining tips and beach recommendations. Enjoying an evening aperitivo at the bar surrounded by the garden ambiance was the highlight of our trip. We will definitely be back!" 1-Prime Spot: Located right in the village center. You can easily walk to Place des Lices (for the Tuesday & Saturday morning market), La Ponche, and the Vieux Port. 2-Arriving by Car: If driving, use their on-site valet parking service (EV chargers are also available). Parking in public lots nearby during peak season can be a major challenge. 3-Arriving by Ferry: If arriving via the direct ferry or boat shuttle at the harbor, the hotel is a quick 5 to 8-minute walk / taxi ride from the port dock. I was very surprised by this place! If you are looking for a modern set up this is it! We booked a queen size bed and was surprised to see all the modern features. It is a decent size room and a wonderful little kitchen. The kitchen is stocked of utensils, microwave, refrigerator and mini stove. I was so surprised! I normally don't bring home take out but to fight my jetlag it was necessary and this microwave save those 3am hunger. Bathroom was excellent! Updated and has a heat rack! Room Has AC and room was cleaned everyday. Yes early check in is available but with a price (150 Euro). After a very long flight, it was worth it. Check in staff was ok. They look frazzled and maybe cause theres only two of them and everyone was trying to check in and out with no particular order. It was a bit frustrating but I get it. They're not the most polite cause of the chaos. The night manager was very delightful and was able to assist with any issue we have with our booking. We had really nice guys that helped us with our bags as the entrance had no ramp to roll the bags in. They were super helpful. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. For those who has stayed in other hotels in Saint Tropez, they know its all boutique and very small rooms. Most are not updated. So if you are looking for something modern, this is it! Great stay for the price! Walking distance to everything!

The hotel is in a great location and the property itself is very charming. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. After a long day of travel, I arrived hoping for a smooth check-in, but instead spent several minutes having to prove that I had previously spoken with someone at the hotel by showing them a conversation linked to their phone number. Rather than trying to help resolve the confusion, the staff were dismissive and unaccommodating. While I understood that early check-in could not be guaranteed, there was little effort made to assist us in any way. To make matters worse, the room we were initially assigned had visible mold, which was both concerning and unacceptable. There was also significant confusion regarding payment. I had prepaid for the room prior to arrival, yet I was told there was no record of the payment. Despite only staying two nights, there seemed to be uncertainty about charges even though I had already paid for three nights in advance. I am not someone who typically complains, but after repeatedly trying to calmly explain the situation and seek assistance, I felt I had no choice but to be more firm in order to get any help. What should have been a simple and welcoming arrival ended up being stressful and frustrating due to the staff’s lack of professionalism and willingness to accommodate us.

Rooms were spacious and had a little kitchen with utensils which was very nice to do breakfast and have in on the balcony. Microvave, fridge, sink and cooktop in the small kitchen. Steps from St Tripez harbor and downtown. A market less than two blocks away. Nice staff. But we had a problem with the AC not working in one room and we werw only offered another room on the second night. Bedsheets could be softer/better

Todo estaba súper limpio, la atención de personal 10/10. El desayuno tipo buffet es bien amplio y delicioso! El único inconveniente que pudiese verle es que el lobby está bajando unas escaleras y es un poco incómodo para las maletas porque no hay una rampa incluso no sé cómo le harían en el caso de una persona con discapacidad, pero el hotel es muy bonito las fotos no hacen justicia a lo que realmente es! Sin duda volvería cuando tenga oportunidad.

O hotel é novo, staff muito educado e prestativo. O quarto tem um tamanho bom para um casal. Mas o carpete estava muito empoeirado. Chegamos e parecia limpo, ao caminharmos pelo quarto subiu muito pó e empoeirou tudo ao redor. O café da manhã é delicioso. Hotel muito bem localizado.
