"Every time I come here the staff always make me feel at home. Customer service was outstanding- responsive and attentive to any of my requests. The room is very spacious, quiet and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed all the amenities this hotel offered. The free breakfast buffet is the cherry on the top of my experience here. Food selection is great! My stay here has always been amazing and that is the reason I keep coming back. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone planning a trip in Clark, Pampanga. "

"This hotel feels like our second home. It’s our go to hotel every time. It’s not as luxurious as the other ones in Clark but what the hotel offers surpasses that. The staff is the heart of this hotel. The location, food and the other features are just icing on the cake. All the staff are amazing and this is no exaggeration. Special mention to James and Alanis (who took care of us also last year); Chezka and Yana from front desk; Kiko and George from the restaurant and all the housekeeping and security staff! "Hotel was in an ideal location near the airport and the mall. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little outdated as it was in the older building with older light fixtures that had broken light shades and scratches on the mirrors. It was otherwise a pleasant stay for the one night needed for me and my group as it was a spacious room with three beds which you rarely see in a hotel space."
