"I had a truly wonderful stay at Mazzini Palace. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always smiling – it genuinely felt like they had put their heart and soul into creating this place. A special thank you to Giulia, who was an absolute professional. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help with any request. Her approach made the stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The room was spotless, and the level of cleanliness was exceptional throughout my stay. Everything was cleaned daily, the towels were changed every day, and fresh water was brought to the room daily, which I really appreciated. Little touches like slippers and a shower cap – just like in a five-star hotel – made the experience feel especially comfortable and thoughtful. The room itself was beautiful, with very high ceilings that made you genuinely feel like you were staying in a modern palace – spacious, elegant, and full of character. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and everything fresh and nicely presented. It really set a positive tone for the day. Another highlight was the view – from the hotel you can see Mount Etna, which made the stay even more special and memorable. Although the location is in a quieter area and requires a bit of travel to reach the main attractions, the peaceful atmosphere can be a nice advantage if you prefer to stay away from busy tourist crowds. I would absolutely recommend Mazzini Palace👌"

"What a wonderful experience!! Charming farmhouse with incredible views! The owner was very friendly and a great host. Rooms were nice with comfortable beds."

"Such a lovely stay. The staff were excellent and would go out of their way to help you. They even came looking for us when we got lost on a bike ride! Our room was lovely and the whole place has been restored bewutifully in a way that oozes rustic charm with modern comforts. I loved the no chlorinated pool. The surrounding birds and the almond, orange and olive trees make it a little paradise. Great for bird spotting too. The place is so peaceful that the only noise we heard at night was the Eurasian thick knee (yes, we had to look it up too). An extraordinary bird! The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Minor faults were an undercooked boiled egg and an overcooked tuna steak, but all in all the food was very good and delivered by such friendly, guest focussed staff that I didn't like to complain. We hope to return!"

"The spa was excellent - both the facials And massages. The room was large and had a lovely terrace. The hotel restaurant menu was limited but the bar staff talked to the kitchen staff and they made what we wanted to eat. "

"Beautiful, clean room. Interesting, stylish and quirky design throughout the property. Lovely breakfast with eggs cooked fresh to order (order the night before). Wonderful staff - our arrival was delayed and sat nav got us lost but the guy stayed late, came and found us, called ahead to a restaurant so we could still get served, and all with a big, friendly, welcoming smile. Exceptional service, thank you so much."

"A clean hotel, but very busy area with virtually only street parking in area. Staff tried to hold our passports after we arrived and said that they would give them back later, which we refused. Nice breakfast area and staff."

"The breakfast is locally sourced from the farm and has a wide array of options. The staff is spectacular. Try the orange tiramisu at dinner if you get the chance - otherworldly!"
