It is not a 4 stars hotel. The hot water stopped working and we were informed that the showers had to be very fast or we would have to wait for the heater to heat it up again.

The property is great. Located near Mt Etna and wine country. The rooms are very nice and the restaurant is exceptional including all of the restaurant staff.
If I had one observation to improve it would be the attentiveness of the front desk staff. They are not always available and do not always respond ti email.

"The spa was excellent - both the facials And massages. The room was large and had a lovely terrace. The hotel restaurant menu was limited but the bar staff talked to the kitchen staff and they made what we wanted to eat."

"rooms are big and spotlessly clean. staff is amazing 2 swimming pools are great breakfast has fantastic sweets could improve on the salty part - only mozzarela cheese and 1 kind of panini. good espresso didnt try restaurant."

"Booked this hotel due to their pool, but upon arrival they said the pool was closed and they had no idea when it would be open. However they still advertise the pool on here and use it as the main image. Since we arrived late we stayed one night but then agreed with the reception that we would cancel ..."
