* We do not allow smoking on the premises of our cabin
* Must read and review rental agreement.
*Check In/Check Out* : Check in is at 4PM
Check out is at 11AM.
Provided Items & Supplies:
Our cabin features a supply of coffee pods, sugar, creamer, as well as a supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash liners. We also provide a variety of spices in our kitchen. We do not supply wood for the fire pit. Wood can be picked up in town as needed. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guests.
Parking:
The cabin has room for 3 cars depending on automobile size. We can not accommodate RV parking.
Power Outages:
Occasionally, the power goes out in Ashford during a heavy rain or winter storm. We have a propane fireplace for heat source, and there is a flash light in each bedroom. We also have a power station, to which you can hook up your phone, computer, DVD or TV. Rechargeable light bulbs, available through out the cabin, provide a light source for when the power is out. Cozy up with a book, play a board game (located in TV stand in living room), listen to the radio, or gather around the firepit!
Refunds are not offered for power outages that are out of our control.
Snow:
In the winter, you will encounter snow so please be prepared with AWD and/or tire chains. The roads to the cabin are cleared by the county, so tire chains are not needed to reach the cabin. Tire chains are required however, on your car from November 1st -May 1st if you plan on going up to Mt. Rainier NP. The driveway is flat, though can be icy. We try and keep it plowed as often as we can, but there may be times when you'll need to drive in snow and ice (weather dependent).
Refunds are not offered for weather conditions that are out of our control. Please consider purchasing travel insurance, to cover for any unexpected events during your trip.
