"Everything here was great. The cottage far exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be making this a mainstay moving forward. If I could give 10 stars I would."

"Better pillows would be helpful. We went to buy different pillows after first night. The ones provided were flat as a pancakes and about as wide. Otherwise stay was good. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and we were asked to rate pool but there is no pool. But we would not have used it anyway. Overall would stay again, but will bring our own pillows."

"This motel is an old style motel where you back your vehicle right up to the room. The whole place has recently been nicely remodeled. We had a 2 queen bed room that was very spacious and very clean. We were well pleased with our stay."

"We had a wonderful stay in Grand Rapids.It was so nice for all the kids to have their own private bathroom and bedroom We had a small issue with the microwave the first night and Todd answered our call right away."

"This was a delightful surprise. It was very cute and well maintained. The Outpost was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The stay was incredibly relaxing and we truly had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!"
