There were enough broken items that it raised concerns. 1. The elevator door slammed hard as it closed, which might be dangerous and was definitely noisy in my room near the elevator. 2. An outside door could be opened without a key card, raising questions of safety. 3. They couldn’t create a new key card for the room because the key machine was broken. So they gave me a master key to the room. Is this safe for me and other guests?
