"House was very clean and comfortable. The pool area is amazing and totally fenced and safe if you have kids. My grandkids loved it and enjoyed it every afternoon. Neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. "

We encountered significant police presence, individuals on sidewalks with shopping carts, and open-air activity in a vacant lot nearby. Some in our group felt unsafe and refused to stay. The management company offered to relocate us immediately but after this experience our party did not trust their descriptions of properties. They refused a refund and stating that "police activity is common in Sacramento". If safety and neighborhood environment matter when booking, we strongly advise researching this location before book."
