"It has a grocery and other places in same building makes it nice for longer stays. The photos are a bit outdated and the city has taken the toll on the building. It is an air b and b not hotel style. So depending on owner depends on what you get. Overall seems to be slightly above average especially for price. Fairly well located and has private parking garage. "

"Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"We absolutely loved this condo. It was the first time staying in Lapu-Lapu. We were here for a month. The traffic was probably the only downfall, but once we were back on property we loved the resort feel.John and Rhoda were amazing. "We couldn’t find Duros Apartment but found that it is inside Padgett Place after going to and fro along Molave. Expedia could have mentioned that when booking unless they didn’t know either. The apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms is good , spacious but the kitchen was lacking utensils (set of fork, knives, plates, etc.) and we couldn’t toast our bread slices. It should have, at the very least, basic salt, pepper, sugar and coffee granules. There should also be a dish rack and dish...

"Not satisfied because there were lacking of blankets, towels, pillows that supposedly good for 8 persons. No rugs for the washroom floor, no shower curtains if we’re using the shower so it was so wet after. No water dispenser. Some of the outlets were not working. Blankets were smelly. "

"Got two rooms, no hot water in either room, shower heads were plugged in both rooms no cable in one room and no wires to hook it up, the views were great, internet was great but the showers and hot water was an issues and before they say something about not being plugged in or turned on, I am a plumber and they were, they shower heads were so clogged that only a few holes allowing water through but with no pressure."

"The main bedroom had a private toilet and shower which is good. But the common toilet and bath that’s accessible for the 2nd room guest’s heater for shower doesn’t work. Overall, it’s still pretty good."

"Nice property but had issues with the booking and finding location. Instead getting my original 2 bedroom booking months in advance. I ended staying in a 1 bedroom unit due to a mishap on their end."

"A very poor choice as the pictures did not show the terrible condition of the studio. The agent was abusive. the pool closed for maintenance. the gym derelickt Stay Away!!"

"Could have given 5 star to rate if not for a couple of staff in the breakfast area. Though they are nice and courteous some of them lack basic training in communication skills. They are not rude but the way the communicate can irk you. Example: told the greeter I have extra guest for breakfast response was “you know you NEED to pay right?” in a very irritating tone. Another example: ordered coke which of course is not included in the buffet as soon as the soda was delivered server demanded payment right away. We hardly started eating yet and bill slapped in front of our face. Im sure they dont mean to be rude but it come out that way. Other than these issues all is well and of course it wont stop me from coming back"
