"Breakfast was always an amazing experience. Excelente diversity of fresh food. Rooms always clean ..staff was very professional and friendly. Each one of the staff member was amazing. Emanuele is very serious, professional and his advices were fundamental to visit the area. The location was amazing , and I would recommend this hotel to anybody that wants to visit the Cinque Terre area."

"Only stayed one night. Friendly and helpful staff, offering restaurant recommendations. Didn’t try the breakfast buffet. Lift was a bit small and slow. Great location with just a couple of minutes to all the main streets."

"It was our 3rd and final visit. Each time there have been issues at check-in and check-out, I forget until the next stay, a terrible check-in; the rooms were not ready, even though we arrvived late afternoon well after check-in time. The front desk person was pushy and did a very long-winded up-sell that made no sense, as we had booked 3 rooms for privacy. The apartment he tried multiple times to up-sell had 2 rooms, with the 2nd divided by a flimsy partition. Breakfast was nice."
