Property is centrally located, secure and well maintained. I was first here 10 years ago. Pleasure to come back.

They charged me 42 dollars for 2 waters in the bar which was totally rediculous . That was my biggest complaint .

Very basic accommodations. Like VERY. The place was clean, but bare! No decor, very old furniture, hard beds, no mini fridge, no microwave NADA! However, for the price it was clean and safe and conveniently located. Just do not expect amenities.

This was my first time to NYC. For reference, solo female on business travel. I couldn’t have picked a better hotel! It is close to SO MANY AMAZING RESTAURANTS. Since I was there on business, this was a huge plus for me. But, if you’re a foodie and you like shopping, this place is in the perfect location. Also, TOTALLY WORTH upgrading to the balcony rooms. Staff is wonderful, super kind and helpful. OH- and shout out to the housekeeping folks who were so quick and great at their job! I’ll definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning only goes down to 68 degrees. As someone who gets hot when they sleep this made my sleep very uncomfortable.
