Worst casino hotel in all of America! No air conditioning in the room- they don’t allow customers to control the fan the a/c or heat in your room you are paying for! Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport by IHG
Hotel had few towels in room asked for more quickly delivered. Breakfast was hot with many choices. Pool was warm not super cold. No towels but asked and were given some. Room was comfy and nice
