The room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortuately, the cooktop was difficult to turn on and sometimes we couldn't get it to work and the dishwasher was hard to open without feeling like we were going to break it.

Many little problems in my room- couldn’t adjust fan temperature or speed, dishes were either not available or were in the dishwasher, dirty (even though it said “clean”), thin wallls/floors so difficult to sleep with people stomping around, the microwave light randomly turned on in the middle of the night. They have outdated carpet, no makeup removers or things like lotion to offer. Overall, minor inconveniences added up- it was a fine place to stay for one night but not worth the cost Pros: they did have comfy pillows & I was able to get plastic forks at the front desk
