I wish there was a shuttle service to/from MOA and Airport. My husband has a hard time with ambulating and a having less steps to take could save him from some pain while walking

Thank you for your feedback! While we do not have a shuttle, must of our guests will utilize services such as Uber or Lyft for quick door-to-door service from MSP Airport!

This worst thing is theres only one handicap parking spot available, and the garage handicap spots are too far for convenience to this hotel. My husband who is in a wheelchair and my 1 year old did not feel safe walking that far to the hotel.

The facility was clean, welcoming and inviting. The staff always had a smile on their face. The only thing I was not prepared for was Delta flying over us! But otherwise it’s a perfect hotel with a safe environment and I would return again!

This hotel is exceptional and the best among all hotels we’ve been to. Modern design, clean and spacious room and most especially, the entire hotel smells so good and it is relaxing. It is highly recommended and would be 1,000/10! This will be our go-to hotel in all our upcoming trips. We will surely come back!

This property was clean. There was a work spot in the fitted sheet, but certainly not enough to deter my rating. The breakfast was very good, and although it was crowded around 9:00 am on a Saturday, self service still went well. That’s a testament to the quality of guests that were staying there. We were on the 3rd floor and the planes were LOUD. If you can’t handle that, don’t stay anywhere near the mall. They stopped by 11 pm, andI did not hear them in the morning. My only “annoyance” was lobby music at 6:45 am was way too LOUD. I was intimidated to approach the front desk and ask them to turn it down. That was my problem. I won’t be the next time. This was a good property to stay at.

We really enjoyed staying at the Element in Bloomington. It was very clean and modern, kept up well. The staff we very nice and considerate. We will not hesitate staying here again. Parking was easy and we felt safe at this location.

- The breakfast was really good, lots of options. - The decor is really nice and modern. - The pool was a good size and the hot tub was a good size but on the cooler side. - The room was a great size, the bathroom only had a shower but again it was a nice size. The room had a fold out TV which was nice to watch in bed or in the chairs/lounge. The kitchenette was a really nice touch. They give you a couple of bowls as well to use to heat up food in the microwave and you have the mini fridge. The only downsides we had were 1) we found a stain on our comforter (it looked like coffee) 2) it is really close to the airport so there are flights going right over head over 10 mins or so from about 5am till 8am Honestly would stay here again

I thought this property was fairly clean, and it felt safe and secure. The service at the front desk buried quite a bit from very friendly and helpful to annoyed and not as helpful. Pretty expensive for the experience it was. Pool, hot tub, and breakfast are almost unusable on the weekend they are so crowded.

Definitely want to stay here again! Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Planes are a bit noisy, but the convenience of being so near the airport is worth it. The property is well maintained, my room had a comfortable bed, and this hotel had one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve eaten, to boot!
