Just what we needed

We were looking for an inexpensive place to crash for a few hours after a flight that arrived too late to drive home. This fit the bill perfectly! The room was spacious, clean and in reasonably good condition. Beds were comfortable and it was just what we needed at a great price.

I liked the idea of having a kitchenette but there were not any pots, pans, utensils, playes etc nor did it state that in the advert for the room. The property needs some tlc- the only good thingvabout this stay were the kind and attentive staff there

Bathroom door knob broken, no ice machine, no coffee maker in the room, no kitchenware in the kitchenette, towels dirty, used soap bar in the shower. The room smelt like BO when we came in initially and then upon returning from being away. Otherwise the beds are clean and the floors were clean.

This hotel was so dirty and stinky. We had to unplug the microwave because it was randomly turning on. The fridge didn’t keep anything cold. The toilet was clean when we got into the room and there was garbage on the floor.

The staff was always friendly and kind. If you are loooking for a clean environment, then this is not for you. Nothing else after my next comment will matter. They have ROACHES, and know that they do. I checked out immediately after seeing it and then them. They barely take out the trash or do any housekeeping. This is not fair to take peoples hard earned money and screw them with an infestion to their property just so the hotel can make money. The entire building should be shut down and i recently heard that most of the Extened Stay hotels have ROACHES. SO SAD for an already run-down property.

The front desk staff, a young gentleman who shared he'd only been there a week - initially told me he couldn't check me in because the system was doing an update. I had called earlier in the day to notify that I was going to be a very late arrival and was told the message would be passed on. The young guy then told me that he didn't see my reservation, then he told me that he found me under the no show list. However, he was amazing at swiftly correcting the issue and getting me checked in. I appreciated his professionalism and assistance.
