I thought this was a good, clean and convenient hotel for the price. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had an early flight and I was happy that there was coffee in the lobby at 5 AM.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Minneapolis and had a great experience. The location was super convenient & everyone was helpful and friendly, the Mall of America was within walking distance, which made everything really easy. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and everything was up to standard. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely come back.

When property was booked, it said it had free buffett breakfast. Not the case. Tried to contact property, but the manager never returned my email. coffee only avaiable at breakfast and the kerug in the room was bot clean. Room had plenty of dirt on floor and bedding could have been newer. The furniture in the lobby was stained. Staff was very friendly and helpful, great shuttle service to airport. Probably would not book here again, especially since the online description did not match what was offered
