Our stay was great. Room was spacious and perfect for my family. Staff were very friendly. Minor inconveniences they vacuumed the hallway outside our room at 8am which woke us up and only had one working elevator so longer wait times. Neither a huge deal but minor things.

The staff were really good. I have nothing negative to say about the employees I interacted with. However, our room was just not clean. It was dingy. The showerhead was like a trickle. The garbage disposal in the sink smelled terrible when we turned it on and the smell never left. The floor was sticky. It just wasn’t the standard I expected from a Home2Suites hotel. There was a nice pet area. And I will say the hotel seemed to be in a nice/safe area as well.
