Reception desk, Samson from MPLS Market were very welcoming, warm, friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Valet parking was efficient. The site to request the car is convenient and vehicle arrived quickly.

Facilities, including the rooms were spotless, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly
Clean- comfortable- very nice. Self park in adjacent parking garage for $30-37 per day depending on in/out. Mentioning this because I had missed this thinking only valet. People are helpful. Lobby has great area to hang out in front of the fireplace. Location felt safe.
Everything was great.
Pool was average.
Workout facility was elite. Everything you want/need and more.
Food portions were huge at the restaurant at night. But, breakfast was Meh.
All in all, I would come back.

Everything about the stay was good, clean room, housekeeping staff was very friendly. Only complaint is there are no mirrors outside of the bathroom, which is kind of nice, so someone can get ready if the shower is being used.

Would stay here if we are visiting again. Staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel is showing its age a touch but that is the only thing. I recommend getting the breakfast with your reservation you won’t be disappointed!

The room was excellent, clean, and quiet. The service in the lobby was good, but I didn't receive enough information about the parking, how to access it, or what breakfast and dinner options were available. I had to ask many questions to find out exactly what was needed. It seems the employees only say what's necessary. In other hotels, I receive more information, especially in a city I'm unfamiliar with.
We Had A great experience with our staff checking in! Made everything super fun and quick, we also got to see the Guatemalan team and take pictures so that was a plus.
Beautiful hotel with a great bar and restaurant! Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or the gym, but can say the view is great and the bed was so comfy. Relatively quiet as well. Would stay again!
