It’s definitely a budget hotel, but a great one at that. Been coming here almost every time I’m in Minneapolis for a night and they’ve never let me down. Fairly clean, some of the rooms are outdated but many are now renovated (carpet removed/new flooring). For $100-150 CAD a night, not bad, not bad at all.

Was fairly clean. Staff need to communicate better at check in and at check out there was no one at front desk. Breakfast was poor yes it is free but most hotels we stay at have more options for muffins bagels and jam, and most offer peanut butter

Place was clean and right next to walmart. Doors were not accessible friendly. There was always someone at the front desk. Breakfast was meh. If your looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep, i'll recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

Room was mostly clean. Hair was present from previous guests on the bathroom floor. Bed was comfortable. TV is small and mounted above wardrobe so viewing was not great and no obvious way to remove the close captioning setting. The safe in the room was inoperable. No power going to it. The bedside alarm clock was not plugged in as there was only one outlet in the room near the desk. Alarm clock is not really needed these days, but a plug in or by the nightstand is standard to recharge a mobile phone or other devices. Shower sprayer was tied in place by an elastic band vs. repairing or replacing. I can't comment on breakfast as the staff didn't say anything about serving times when I checked in and I guess it must have been a narrow window I missed. Overall, a worn hotel and a bed to sleep in. You get what you pay for.
