Good Service and Stay

Outside was a little dirty with some trash, and when I was checking in, there was another customer that said she had a DoorDash order and it was taken. But as for me, I wish that the breakfast was open until 10 o’clock instead of 9 o’clock. Positive side is that the bed was really comfortable, but the pillow was OK. There was a slight stain on the comforter itself however, that didn’t deter me from staying there.

The check in was great and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The room was a good size. There was a fridge and microwave. I did not like that the king bed had only 2 small pillows. The towels in the bathroom were also very small and of low quality. The bathtub did not have a plug to take a bath.

For a family, this is NOT a good choice! It is not a safe hotel IMO. I had my children with me for a road trip and thought it was a decent price for us to just sleep in, however, the building was in need of many repairs, stains everywhere, no elevator, the tv didn’t work, it was humid in the building, hallway and in the room, and the kicker was the phone didn’t work. While we do have cell phones, it is not safe to have a non working phone in a hotel. We did not stay the night, as I was worried about the area and the conditions of the room. The staff understood and was very accommodating, and recommended a close hotel that was a better fit for a family. If it’s a single person or someone that is strapped for funds, it would be an okay option, but if you can spare $30 more there were better hotels within minutes.

Sufficient for short notice trip i guess

Undergoing renovations, so things were somewhat messy. No shower curtain present. Legs got bit a little by something but can't claim it was bed bugs as i didn't actually see any. Pluses...room was quiet and guy at desk was very helpful.

September 2023 Stay

I won't stay there again, although the service by the front desk staff was excellent. Fitted bed sheet was ripped and mirror in bathroom had not been cleaned (was full of toothpaste spatter). Bed was clean and comfortable otherwise. Someone loudly dumped trash in a dumpster at 4 am, and dumpster was right outside my window. Pool was also closed. Overall, the hotel was disappointing.

This place was disgusting ! We arrived at 4pm and was told out room wasnt ready yet and there was only one cleaner! The staff was nice enough to text and call us when the room was ready though. Nice staff i would say. This place is real run down. The room was gross! Room was humid, floor was damp, and there was still food on the ground. There was food or trash shoved behind refridgerator. The AC works just fine. Thank goodness for that. But the room smells like cigarettes, and theres residue on the cieling. The bathroom tub is so dirty, im afraid to get ring worm. The towels had a few yellow stains. I only slept at the hotel, didnt relax there. Kept my luggage elevated and off the dirty ground, theres a sticky feeling with the ground. The hotel is right near the highway and near stores, convinient spot. The hotel is pretty quiet as well as the neighborhood. No signs of roaches or bed bugs. Not sure if the bed sheets were cleaned or not cuz there was hair on the covers !!!! Would recommend if you just need a place to sleep for a night but would not recommend if you want comfort and a vacation.
