Very clean property! Nice location. Staff are very nice. Love the amenities! Difficult at times to get out of the garage onto the main road due to traffic. Also would’ve liked a tv in the bedroom, but the living area was very nice.

Enjoyed my stay and extended it. Close to everything. Clean and spacious. Had check in issues initially but was able to call and get handled quickly. Parking is also a big plus. Will definitely book again however will choose higher upper floor.

Our room was so beautiful! It was so big and spacious- we wished we had booked another night. I left an expensive item. Called the property and spoke with Claire who was so helpful and kind. She made it so easy to have my things returned. It was the best customer service I have ever had! You are lucky to have her working with your company.

Our booking was very last minute because of flight issues. This hotel was the best price for a 20 minute walk to Target Field to watch a baseball game. My wife and I were thrilled with the room. It was actually a very new & modern apartment style. A stellar perk for us was that it also had a washing machine and dryer in it because our luggage didn’t arrive with us so it was fantastic to clean all our clothing and continue our trip home with fresh clothes:)

The room started off nice for the first night... After that is when all hell broke loose... We were awaken at 3am to move out of unit into another due to feces and urine coming from the unit above us... We moved at 3:00 only to br moved to a unit without the air working .. We inform them that also... As per their statement we can only give you a refund of 30% of your total... I knew they could not be serious when we really was comfortable one night.. out of 4.... unacceptable. Do not recommend

The experience here was amazing. Great deal on parking, brand new facility. It was great to have the refreshment station in the lobby with unlimited water bottles so does coffee and sparkling water. The amenity level on level five with indoor Pickleball courts in a rooftop patio was super nice. The room was massive, clean and basically an apartment. I have no clue how they were able to rent it for the rate they did because it is by far better than staying in a hotel, they have full-time front desk staff as well to help with anything you need in the place is incredibly secure. I would highly recommend for anyone traveling to the area.

I usually stay at high end boutique hotels, so I ended up here only because I needed a place for an unexpected layover. The amenities at those types of hotels are obviously on a different level, but I’ve honestly never stayed somewhere this nice at this price point. What really set this place apart was the service. Maya at the front desk and the gentleman at the door were exceptional. They treated me like a friend, gave me great recommendations for restaurants and places to go during my delay, and made the whole stay feel genuinely personal. I’ve stayed at far more expensive hotels and still never had customer service this thoughtful. They even upgraded me to a room with laundry so I could wash my airport clothes. If you’re in town, stay here.

This hotel stay is a 10 of 10!! Brand new hotel in a repurposed school building from the 1930s! Open floor exposed concrete concept with beautiful new appliances. Near the Minneapolis convention center this is ideally located in downtown Minneapolis. The room size for price including full kitchen is a bargain! Definitely worth the stay!!
