This upstairs apartment on the hill will give you the at home feel that you are looking for while on your trip. Centrally located near the University, Fairgrounds and Downtown, and one block from the city light rail, you will find easy access to all points of Minneapolis and St Paul. 2 bdrm 1 bath home with living area, dining area and full kitchen. 2 Comfy Queen rooms with closet space. One with working desk area. Full laundry room inside apartment. Fabulous views and location. Garage included.

The space
Each room has a comfortable Queen sized bed and closet with full length mirrors. Black out curtains in both rooms. One room has a work desk. Shared bathroom with rainfall shower and tub. Living room has toasty electric fireplace and plenty of hang out space and couches. Spacious dining room with more seated area. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, full sized fridge, microwave, mini dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, Kurig (with eco refillable pods). Full laundry room. Single garage accessible from outside.
Snacks and coffee/tea for your welcoming. Top Tip : You can deliciously drink Minneapolis tap water
