Clean hotel and casino but I’ve never met so many rude employees in my life. First, my husband bought a coffee from Caribou and they made other peoples drink but completely forgot about him. Radisson Blu Mall of America
Staff was extremely accommodating. Pool was under construction so they made it up by giving us so upgrades on room and service. Always will stay here when going to Minneapolis.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport by IHG
While I didn’t have enough time during my short stay to enjoy their breakfast, I enjoyed the 24/7 coffee and tea station and the entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying whether your trip is solo or with family!
