"We recently stayed here before the Fourth of July. The hosts were very responsive in answering our questions. The house was as advertised and more. It’s a really really nice home. It was very clean upon arrival. The boathouse looks brand new and the upstairs is great there with nice patio furniture, tv and even small refrigerators. Our kids loved using the kayaks and paddleboards to go fishing each day. The rolled-out water pad was a big hit for our kids. The home was very nice and well decorated. The kitchen had a ton of ingredients and all of the utensils you could imagine. There are some really cool views throughout the house. The third floor overlooking the lake is really cool spot, I worked here on the laptop one day while watching the kids play. The screened in porch on the first floor was a good spot during the rain. There are numerous spaces to go for each group to hangout. We rented a pontoon boat one day and enjoyed seeing the rest of the lake. We wish Lake Rabun was closer to North Carolina. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it."
