"We were accommodated for early check-in and staff were very helpful. Rooms are a great size for a family and clean. Mattress topper didnt stay put on the bed very well but made beds comfy to sleep on. Breakfast was delightful too. A great place to stay"

"Checking in and out easy. Hotel directly opposite international airport, if you’re flying oversees, easy access to domestic airport via free shuttle bus a short walk from the hotel on the right side of the international airport entrance. Good amenities, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. "

"Excellent basic hotel near airport. Stayed before and after cruise. Enjoyed breakfast selections. Friendly, helpful staff. Only downside is that between our first and second stay, their own airport shuttle was replaced with space on a contracted shuttle service. On one trip, it was 20 minutes late arriving and was not air conditioned. The second trip was fine. There were sufficient choices for lunch and dinner at the hotel, but no other local meal options besides the hotel across the road."

"Room was spotless and the staff were fantastic. The only problem is when I first arrive they asked for my credit card and I couldn’t understand the girl but she said something about $200 so when I checked out I’ve just looked at my bank statement and they’ve taken $200 off and I don’t know why I’ve tried to ring them four times but they’re not answering. . Hopefully you might be able to explain to me what $200 is for."

"Wonderful friendly staff, my smallish but very clean room with all the essentials: great mattress, pillows and sheets plus a rain shower, and easy airport shuttle. Terrific value for the price. "

"From the moment we got out of the uber, the staff were so amazing. So polite and helpful. We were there celebrating our son's 5th birthday and they made him feel so special by giving him a birthday cake and special birthday breakfast. The rooms were spotless and so amazing, we even got a split room which made the stay even more perfect. Will be staying here agin when we return to Sydney in the future."

"Nice room and bathroom. 2 minute walk to Darling Harbor. 20 -30 minute walk to Circular Quay. I loved their water system for water in the room. They have an ice machine that includes filtered water. They provide a carafe and an ice bucket. Saves tons of money buying bottled water. Helpful employees from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Best of all great value for the price! When in Sydney we stay there again."
