The Room was freezing cold aircon would only cool, I had to sleep in layers of clothes to stay warm. There was no outlets beside bed for recharging. Fan in bathroom was super noisy. I wouldn't stay there again. Came down in the morning to find pizza boxes here and there with food particles on the parking are.

Arrived at hotel, had to go into the bar to find a staff member so I could check in. After check in went straight to dinner at the hotels dining. Returned to the room around 8:30-9pm. No hot water in the room.

Over all was very a nice King room and chill spot. However On my 3rd day room cleaning didn't show up for the day for us or knock but I was told by staff they had came and left. Anyways that evening I had needed a change of bed sheets and called the bar twice and requested sheets. Both times they said they dissmissively said yes and would bring new sheets soon. No one showed 30 minutes after the first call, then an hour after the second. After I went and asked in person at the bar. They called the manager who asked if i would he okay to wait for house cleaning, i said its fine and I would be fine to change them myself, if they can just get me some bed sheets ( we just wanted to sleep on sheets that didnt have a drink spilled on it). I was assured and asked to hold an hour and that someone would come to replace them. No one arrived and it was radio silence.

The room itself was able to comfortably fit the three of us who stayed there. The front of house had multiple setting areas, all in which felt very open and spacious. Tables were also always clean and tidy. Definitely appreciate all the staff, as all were welcoming, and easy to approach. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely property. Very clean and comfortable room. Check-in was a little strange, having to go into the bar to find someone to ask to get someone to open the check in counter. Also annoying that they didn’t take cash payment at the check-in desk (only card). But room was excellent and bistro for dinner was fabulous. Would stay again.

Air conditioning did not work, so cleaning staff would leave room window open, but that faced a grass alley which had insect, so they came into room. Rooms noisy due to entrance door slamming when people entered the motel. No hot breakfast available as food section no longer opens in the morning & no toaster in rooms. Bathroom exhaust vent was attached to ceiling with blue tack. Motel needs a lot of maintenance. I would be willing to pay the little bit extra for other motels/accommodation in the Liverpool/Bankstown area.
