Cons: very slow WiFi, outdated room, old carpeting (use the free slippers provided), poor in-room coffee (drip), some power outlets not working, gym doesn't open until 8 AM some days, hotel taxi charges twice the going rate"

"Hotel is located in a busy active part of Miraflores - within walking distance of most shopping centers, restaurants and parks. The hotel rooms were clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered had several options and tasted good."

"A good location, clean hotel. Arrived in Lima early in the morning but room was not available until after 2PM. I did not receive any special benefits for being a Hotels.com recognized member. "

"It was a lovely old house in Miraflores. It was old therefore, not modern but that added to the beauty. It was clean however , although as in some places in Peru, I have learned that you cannot put toilet paper in the toilet. Paco was very helpful in suggesting places to go and how to get there...thank you! 🙏 Location was great and taxis very affordable in getting around. Nice for a short stay."

"Customer service is excellent. “Hotel is falling apart” Hotel has a great location but: No hot water, carpet are dirty, mattress’s are old, sheets are really old. Outlets are not working. I use to love this hotel, but I’m sorry, hotel must be upgraded or sold to another hotel who can make this hotel a real hotel."
