Bayside Beach House located on the Green!

  • Charming single family home with plenty of room for family and friends. A six seater golf cart included. This home is located near all of the amenities of Sandestin and just a short ride to the beach. 3 bedrooms with new comfortable mattresses and 3 baths. Primary bedroom has King bed including sitting area with TV and full size pull out couch with full bath with walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has King bed with TV, and ample closet space, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV and nice size closet. Upstairs hall bath has tub/shower combination. All bedrooms are located on second floor. House includes screened-in-porch, patio and upstairs balcony. House also includes a fully equipped kitchen containing all new stainless steel appliances with spacious dining area along with kitchen bar. This home has a full bathroom downstairs with walk-in shower and is adjacent to laundry area with full size washer and dryer.
