From the moment you step inside Coral Blue, formerly known as Aquaholic, makes an unforgettable impression. With its modern-meets-organic design, the home is rich in texture and tone—exposed white-and-grey brick, steel accents, warm woods, and soft textiles create a visual rhythm that’s both soothing and sophisticated. The main living space is open and airy, anchored by a stylish living room and a spacious kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, an apron sink, and a generous island for serving or gathering. A breakfast bar and dining table round out this space.

The first-floor master suite offers serene privacy with a king bed, 55" TV, and an en suite bath featuring a double vanity and spa-inspired finishes. Sliding doors lead to the back porch and grilling area, perfect for morning coffee or sunset dinners.

Upstairs, you’ll find a seating area with a second 55" TV, and access to a covered porch overlooking the property. A second master suite offers another king bed, en suite bath with walk-in tiled shower, and a 55" TV for relaxed evenings in. The additional guest rooms are thoughtfully designed: one with another king bed and TV, and the other a flexible family-style space with two twin beds, custom bunk beds, and a queen bed—ideal for kids, cousins, or the young-at-heart. A shared full bath and a second laundry area complete the upper level with ease.

Outside, Coral Blue continues to impress. Both front and back porches are outfitted with custom-built bench seating, a love seat, dining table, and a gas grill, all overlooking a manicured lawn. Whether you're hosting dinner under the stars or letting the kids and pets play barefoot in the grass, this home makes every moment feel elevated and effortless. When you are ready to cruise the area, hop on the owner provided golf cart to experience beach life living!
