Nice stay, close to Miramar Beach.

Nice stay, beautiful resort/property. Close to Miramar Beach, shops and restaurants. Get to the beach early if you want to beat the crowd. Beware that some beaches are private and if you try to sit on one of their private beaches they'll ask you to move to a public spot. If you get there early you'll probably get a good spot on the public part of the beach and won't have to worry about anything. Other than that, the beach is the best, warm, clear turquoise water and soft white sand. Loved it!!!

Nice Baytowne Wharf Condo

Nice room, very clean and well maintained, good stock of towels and kitchen items. Good location that's very convenient to the pool and the Baytowne Wharf shops and restaurants. Parking is a little inconvenient.

Cute little studio

My husband and I and our two kids fit perfectly in this little studio. we ran into some issues with the AC but the property was very accomodating in bringing us a seperate unit and set it up for us. I would highly recommend you prepare to come with Beach towels for your visit! That was the main thing we realize the unit didn't have - which is ok! Also, bring your own coffee and coffee cups if you want coffee in the unit. but there are great walkable shops too! We really enjoyed it and will be back.

Not bad for a busy area

Condo is nice, but definitely noisy- walls are very thin. Parking is a nightmare, and there were several times we had a large line to get through the security gate at the entrance. A/C and fan all worked great, had some issues getting connected to WIFI, but agents were helpful in that aspect. Trees outside the window were pretty overgrown, as we couldnt open them without getting attacked by leaves and branches

Very nice place. Dog next door barked all night was aggravating. I brought my handicapped husband and his motorized wheelchair, the property isn’t set up for that at all. Other than that it was super nice.

Beautiful resort. The room was clean (actually smelled like bleach when we walked in, if you like that smell then it's a good thing), a little old and the bed did make lots of noise when you moved. The sheets and towels were not the best quality. Other than that, the room itself was fair. I would suggest making check-in a little easier. Felt like I received 3 emails from 3 different companies all with lots of information. And check-in was a little confusing. We thought we had to check in at the Welcome Center when all we had to do was go straight to the room. Just got a little confusing, plus it said downloading the app would make it easier when it really didn't. We should've just stuck to the emails in the order that they were sent. We've learned and next time it will be better. Other than that, happy with the resort itself, very nice, lots to do and the beach (Miramar) was nice!
