Very clean and well laid out House. The location on this is great and one of the queen beds ended up being a king bed so that was a plus! So close to so many good restaurants and the beach is not too crowded in front of the house.

Definitely go back. Ron was great. While it is a private beach for the 6 units the adjoining neighborhoods all around basically treated as their beach while paying considerably less. Ron and the beach setup guy went above and beyond. With their help we overcame it and can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on the beach. Very clean. Nice linens. Kitchen was simple and organized. Plenty of room for our family of 7. The house is as advertised. It is directly on the beach- kids could walk back and forth by themselves. We had a couple things come up with our booking (on our end), and the owners were very accommodating. Very easy to get in touch with, and quick with responses. We met them while staying at the house, and they were just as kind in person! We’ve stayed in quite a few vacation homes, and this one is one of the top! This will definitely be our beach rental from now on. Highly recommend!
