NEW Sky blue leather fully reclining sofas, plus an individual recliner in the Living Room, especially for 'down time' in the evenings.
 Four King bedrooms, plus a Bunk Room that sleeps 11. 



There is plenty of gathering space and the Dining Area hosts seating for 10 at the table, with 4 barstools and in the Living area for another 4 dining spaces.  There is a total of 18 comfortable seated dining spaces at one time.

On the first floor there is one King bedroom with NEW walk-in shower, especially for the "head of the house".  Second floor has three King bedrooms beautiful views of gulf and  on the third floor, one finds a very special bedroom that sleeps 11 with TWO TVs
 This luxury home has parking for 5 cars, plus one more in the garage.
Step out the back door to the private pool, which can be heated if desired.  There are two other pools on property and the North Pool has a hot tub.

Best No Worry Stay Ever

The Bird was the best no worry vacay our famiy has ever had. The host, Jeffry, was also very kind and quick to respond to any question I had. The property was extensively stocked and even had pickle ball paddles for play, something my teens were super excited over. We will definitely consider this property for future family vacays.

Family Beach Vacation

Great value for all the amenities and space. Nice touch to have beach and pool necessities available for use. The kitchen had everything we needed so we could make a few meals. The host was so accommodating and responsive to all messages. Would definitely stay again!!

Great communication with the homeowner. The pool was good and heated and the 2 refrigerators in the kitchen were a great help. The home is close to the beach and to restaurants and stores.

Our Family Favorite

Our family has stayed at this property several times. We love the home, the location, and the host. We highly recommend the Bird of Paradise. It is great for larger groups. There are several features that make this our favorite place; it has a private pool, there are two refrigerators, the kitchen is well laid out, and the bunk room has three bunk beds the bottom bed on each is a double.

Family reunion

All 5 rooms were spacious to accommodate the 14 guests. Down stairs with the open concept of the living room dining and kitchen, made it easy to cook and dine at the same time listening to the conversations of everyone. Having a private pool was a plus to swim in the late afternoon. We plan on coming down again in the future. Perfect location to the beach.

Birds of Paradise

This property was perfect for our group! Although it slept way more than our group needed, it was nice for everyone to have their own space throughout the home. The short, convenient walk to the beautiful beach and ocean everyday was so nice. My kids felt like home here and didn’t want to leave! The owners were very quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had and were very kind and friendly throughout the process. This is my first time booking with VRBO and I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Walton Family Vacation

The Bird of Paradise is a beautiful house. The house was very accommodating to my family of 10, 7 adults and 3 children, as well was Ms Jeffry. It’s walking distance to your private beach and some great restaurants. If you decide to leave the beach early or not go at all, you can relax around the pool in the backyard. Perfect House for our Vacation

First of all, we ended up having to book this house last minute as the original house we booked (through another vacation rental website) had some problems leaving us to find an alternative place to stay. From the last minute booking, communication from the owner, his work to accommodate us last minute made our trip that started out rough perfect. The house was the perfect size for our family of 15 (ages 8-77). We have the perfect amount of space. Enough where we could gather and not be on top of each other. The house was absolutely beautiful and we will definitely book again if we ever go to Miramar Beach!

This place has everything you need to enjoy a vacation. We had 7 kids and 7 adults and had plenty of room. House is located 3 minutes to the beach, I don’t like walking a distance to the beach but this one was a nice short walk. Pool was nice when you come back from the beach to relax in. House has things for the beach like chairs, 3 coolers, etc. Kitchen has all your needs for cooking. Trust me you want be disappointed by renting for your vacation. Home owner is on top of anything that you ask of her, Thank you Jeffery for having us, we will be back most definitely.

BIRD OF PARADISE IS PERFECT FOR LARGE FAMILIES!

This home was perfect for our large family of 13! Close to town and restaurants. Plenty of rooms for everyone and the kids LOVED the bunk room on the top floor! This home is a comfortable walking distance from the beach and provided ALLL the things! The kitchen is well stocked with two crock pots, pots and pans, silverware, two fully refrigerators, etc. Also stocked with a TON of beach toys, coolers, and two wagons to transport! Definitely one of the best VRBO’s I have ever stayed in. We were comfortable and felt at home the whole time. The host was super responsive and helpful! I truly appreciate all her help. We would definitely stay here again! We 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful vacation with our family of 14. The Bird of Paradise was beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone. I have chemical sensitivities and Jeffry cleaned her home with all of the fragrance free cleaning products that I provided and it was perfect! No chemical odors! The heated pool was a hit for everyone and the beach was just across the street. There were beach chairs, floaties, wagons to pull the children and to transport beach supplies and a cooler. We even had four beach chair rentals with two umbrellas provided on the beach. Everything we needed was available to us. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you, Jeffry!

Great location & amenities

We had a very nice stay at Birds of Paradise. The property is as advertised with a few things we found to be not in functioning order (although the owner was willing to promptly address). You can’t beat having your own pool and the very close walk to the beautiful beach. The main issue we had was proactive communication regarding items not provided at the house. Two days before our arrival, the owner sent us the property rules/info which included that beach towels are not provided and the bath towels are not allowed outside. When I reached out clarifying this and recommending they mention this in the description (as it’s a big deal to bring beach towels for 11 people when flying) they said that beach towels were not listed under the amenities. Towels are listed under essentials and does not specify which type are provided. The owner did end up providing these for us but added unnecessary stress if they would have just communicated this upfront. Additionally, there were expectations for us to leave the home with dishes washed and trash removed, however only 2 dishwasher pods and 2 kitchen trash bags were provided for 11 people staying 5 days. We also only were given 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom with no facial tissues. We ran out of all these things by the second day. The owner brought additional supplies begrudgingly stating it’s listed there is no maid service. I don’t consider providing us essential items that we clean ourselves as maid service.

This house is perfect for a large group! We have two families with grown children, and slept all 12 of us very comfortably. The kitchen has all of the necessities and Jeffry was very helpful with the extra things we needed. There are chairs and a wagon for the beach, which was also very helpful! This was our second stay at The Bird and we will be back!
