Rooms were super clean, pet-friendly, staff was amazing and very helpful. Staff upgraded my room to a suite. I was so excited because it was my birthday weekend. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend this property for its convenient location and the price was definitely affordable. They also have a cabinet where you can rent slow cookers, blenders, umbrellas, hair clippers, and a waffle maker..

Awesome weekend!!

It was a good stay for me and my partner. The only issue that we encountered was our deadbolt didn't lock and the AC was louder than most I have had in any room. Other than that all was well for the weekend.

Mini Vacay!!!!

Overall the stay was good the front desk staff was amazing. The hotel could use some sound proofing, but it was still a good stay. Our bathroom didn’t have a fan for shower steam or a hair dryer but still it was a good stay!

The room was nice and clean but it had a strong old smell and the AC was terrible. We requested a fan but nothing was available and no one came to fix the air. The property could use a good carpet shampooing and pool improvement. Two of the front desk staff members needs training on hospitality and honesty. One (carcausian older skinny woman) would walk past the guest and wouldn't ask if they needed help but took 3-4 smoke breaks, and the other one (plus size latino/carcausian young woman) was not honest about early check-ins and the number of housekeepers that were available. Her attitude indicated that she didn't want to be there and didn't want to work until 3 (which was the time she left). The other lady (young skinny black girl) who came in after her was nice but not as helpful with the fan and air situation.

There were cockroaches in the towels - tub would not drain. The staff was helpful in getting us another room but I really just wanted to leave and get my money back! There were homeless men sleeping around the pool area… it was terrible!

My checking in process made me mad because I was given the wrong room then was told that it was Expedia fault for Expedia to tell me that it was the hotels fault.By the end of the day I ended up getting my room when I went back downstairs cause I had a feeling something wasn’t right.Other then the room mix up part and the tv not having sound it was a pretty good stay.When I told them about the tv problem the issue was fixed within 15 minutes.This hotel is in a very good spot it sits on the strip (is what I call it) everything is basically on that one road.We stayed here 4 years ago when they had all that construction in 2021 now in February 2025 it looks nice .

Foul smell in hallways and stairwells. Elevator functioning was a concern - there was no annual maintenance report posted. Shower curtain only covered half of length of tub which left pools of water on the bathroom floor. Location was great and close to everything, but the hotel is neglected and is not a good value for $250 a night. Made our trip to the area less enjoyable overall.
