4 Bed, Emerald Shores Home! 2 Pool Community, next to large pool! Walk to beach!

You will love the natural beauty of Emerald Shores, a private gated community of upscale houses, in a tropical setting. Our updated home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, across from the pool and a short walk to the tennis/pickle ball court. There's a large master bedroom with private bath that includes an over-sized whirlpool and wrap around balcony. You will find it all here. Just a short walk to the white sand beach. We have a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, washer and dryer. We are located about seven blocks east of Destin Commons shopping center, south of hwy#98 in the center of Emerald Shores subdivision.

Fine dining, outstanding golf courses, and designer outlet mall just minutes away, with incredible fishing nearby. All of the bedrooms have televisions. The large pool is just across the street from our home and the small pool is a short stroll and for our Emerald Shores owners and guests only. The private beach tram operates all summer long, the pavilion is for owners and guests only where restrooms and outdoor showers are available for your convenience.

Perfect place

We have our yearly family vacay in Miramar/Destin every year, and we have stayed at a lot of different places. This place was perfect for our family- plenty of room, beautiful neighborhood, short walk to the beach. The house had everything that we needed, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful view off the balcony. Highly recommend this place!

The best place for family!

super roomy and clean. The best kitchen and plenty of space for family. There is a golf cart giving rides to the beach. You can’t go wrong staying here!

Great house and location!

My family group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice and a large enough space for the 10 of us. The kitchen was a great space for making meals and had everything needed. The location in relation to the beach is great. Patty was very responsive when I had questions and was a great host! We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect house for our family get together. The neighborhood is really nice with short walk to beach. The house fit 8 of us comfortably. Host communication was good and our difficulty with opening the facility gate was dealt with immediately. Had a wonderful time

Great house in great neighborhood in Miramar Beach

My husband, myself, and our son along with pup really enjoyed our stay here. The house was so clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was great. Absolutely amazing stay. The house was so comfortable and big enough for 4 adults and 3 kids with a bed to spare! We love that it is dog friendly! It is a short 0.25 mile walk to the beach. Restaurants locally are so yummy. The pool is right across the street! The friendly neighborhood golf cart folks were awesome for transport! Highly recommend and we will be back!!

Family vacation

This was our first time coming to the Destin, FL area. We made wonderful memories while on this vacation. Our family was very impressed and satisfied with the house and all it has to offer. Everyone had plenty of room. The property owners were very quick to respond to any questions. The community is also wonderful and everyone is so friendly. Our family is ready to make this trip from NC again.

Be aware that all bedrooms are upstairs, short walk to beach, pool was great, clean house, furniture and beds could be more comfortable but ok for the 5 of us, fenced back area was great for our dogs, stocked kitchen, wrist bands for beach and pool access was 30.00, no cash, great restaurants nearby - our favorites were, Pompano Joes (grouper sandwich) and McGuires Irish Pub (boxty’s, Reuben sandwich) - chill and relaxed time, family memories, as usual the time went by to fast!

Emerald Shores 4/3 by the pool

Extended family with 2 children and 2 pets, our 17th year in emerald shores. The house was very nice, great open floor plan on bottom floor, lots of room and seating. Good size kitchen. Neat little back yard for the dogs. All bedrooms are upstairs, nice but be aware all must climb stairs. Well sized/appointed rooms with comfy beds. 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. Host was excellent, accommodating couldn’t ask for more. Recommend for large groups with pets. Thank you.

Wonderful Beach Home

Don't hesitate. Book it! This home was perfect for our family of four plus two dogs. More room than we needed really, but we loved every bit of it. Comfy living room seating, good beds, plenty of pillows and blankets, a well stocked spacious kitchen as well as 3 nice bathrooms. Backyard is small but fenced, with enough grassy area for our dogs. They loved it! Sidewalks in the community made walking the pups very nice too. Walking distance to the beach with easy access. Having the beach cart available was wonderful. We rented bikes and rode from one end of Scenic Gulf Dr to the other stopping for shopping, snacks and coffee. Ice cream truck came by everyday which was a nice treat too. Pool area was nice and clean with lots of seating. One of our favorite trips and we can't wait to come back! Thank you Kulpins family for sharing your gem with us!

Hidden Gem

This property is nestled in a beautiful gated subdivision within walking distance of the beach. However, with our beach bags and chairs, we did take advantage of using their golf cart service, which was almost always available. The house was clean and spacious and plenty of room for us all to be together. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch and the upper patios. The owner Patty was close at hand if we needed her. The house was furnished with everything we needed. We were blessed with an absolutely beautiful week of fun, laughter, sunshine and perfect gulf waters! We also took advantage of the two lovely pools. One of the pools is right across the street from the house. After a day at the beach they felt wonderful!!! Would highly recommend! We hope to stay here again. We also visited Donut Hole, Baytown Warf, Harbor Walk, Original SeaBlaster and Silver Sands Outlet. (All were easy drives)
