This two story house is located in the Villa Lago neighborhood which is close to the Village of Baytowne Wharf and the Grand Sandestin here at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort! This neighborhood is perfect for families, golf groups, or a girlfriend getaway!

The main level has a wonderful open floor plan. Enjoy all the upgrades in the kitchen like granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. There is seating for four at the breakfast bar, and seating for six at the dining table. The living room offers two couches to relax on while watching the large flat screen TV.

The main-level bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The downstairs bathroom has a granite vanity and step-in shower.

Just up the stairs is a 2nd TV area with a sectional sleeper sofa, and a mounted flat screen TV. *Please let us know if you need bedding for the sleeper sofa.*

The primary bedroom has a King-size bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with a granite double vanity and large step-in shower.

The third bedroom has two sets of twin-size bunk beds and a flat screen TV.

The fourth bedroom has a King-size bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with a granite vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The third bathroom features a granite vanity and a shower/bathtub combination.
