  • Perfect quiet location if you don't want to pay for oceanfront! Cozy 1,240 sf 2 BR grotto in the heart of the action of Miramar Beach and Seascape restaurants and amenities--but just off the main road for peace and quiet. Sleeps 6 with 1 king bedroom, and 1 double bunk room, and a comfy convertible queen futon downstairs if needed. Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub upstairs and half bath downstairs.
    Private rear patio has hot tub, table & chairs, and gas BBQ.
    3 bicycles and a paddleboard included to use as desired.
    Short stroll to white sugar-sand beach, bars, restaurants, Kilwins Ice Cream, Whales Tail, and Surf Hut...everything you might want is nearby.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Owner was very responsive and answered many questions ahead of our arrival and assisted us in multiple ways during the stay. The beach was super close and accessible (right next to the Seascape Seascape property and music venue) and the onsite hot tub was awesome at night. He provided some beach cruiser style bikes which were useful for heading up and down the boulevard to some of the local stores and shops. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us and the onsite laundry allowed us to pack light and easy for the trip. Overall excellent host and property 5 out of 5!
