For added convenience, this stunning home is pet-friendly (for pets up to 45 lbs) with prior approval, subject to a $150 pet fee per pet for your furry friend join in on the fun! Additional pets negotiable based on pet type etc.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer an unheated pool and hot tub, contact us after booking and the fees will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Pools cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees. We will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during your stay and refund you if conditions do not allow for this. Pool and Hot Tub heat is not available May 1 - October 1. Jets/Bubblers are still available.
