As an added bonus, this home is pet-friendly for one dog up to 30 pounds, with a $250 refundable pet deposit (In case of any unresolved inconvenient, pets deposit will be used to but not limited to: stains, scratches, odors on carpet, hardwood, furniture, floor, walls, cover extra fees for cleaning services, shampooing, disinfecting, etc.)
