This newly remodeled luxury home sleeps 16 with 3 King Suites and a Bunk Room, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite baths. Take a dip in the private HEATED pool or relax in the spacious great room. The complimentary golf cart gives you easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. Our stay here in this fabulous home was incredible! From the excellent communication with the owners to the fantastic location, amenities, and thoughtful house setup, everything exceeded our expectations. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need — from sand toys and towels to a fully equipped kitchen. If anything isn’t perfect, the owners are quick to respond. The beach is literally just steps away, the patio offers plenty of comfortable seating, and the pool is the perfect size, heated to perfection. We can't wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay right after Christmas! It’s an easy walk to the private beach and the neighborhood is really quiet. The weather didn’t cooperate otherwise we would have used the pool. We enjoyed using the kitchen and the grill.

This beautiful home was more than we could ask for and more. There was plenty of room for everyone. Spacious patio with a beautiful view! Access to a private beach! There is so much to do around Miramar Beach and Destin, but you can have an amazing and relaxing time without even leaving the property! The property manager was very attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this beautiful home for your vacation needs.

We loved the house all the furnishings are beautiful and comfortable! Every bathroom has a full shower. The back deck has a great pool for kids and awesome lounge chairs …. The beach is two seconds from the house and such a beautiful beach… we had 9 adults and 7 kids with us and we never felt crowded, I definitely recommend

Two families stayed in this gorgeous house. Between us, we had many children under 12. Every person had a beautiful personal space and we had a blast in the pool and walking a short distance to the beach. The kitchen was great for cooking meals for everyone. We had a great experience and built lifetime memories. Fantastic!

We really enjoyed this property! The house is nicely redone and has great access to the beach. The grocery store is easily accessed with the provided golf cart as well as limited restaurants. We had to Uber to most eateries though. The small pool is good for small children. The beach and ocean are excellent. The community is quiet and comfortable.

This property is better than the pictures! The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious. The management team was very responsive. Unfortunately, we were there during a jet stream cold wave making it too cold to benefit from the heated pool. We can't wait to come back to experience all the property has to offer.

Plenty of beds and the 4 full bathrooms worked perfectly. The garage was loaded with all of your beach essentials, no need to purchase anything else. We utilized the pool deck every morning and evening and both the adults and kids loved the game room. Talk about location!! Anything you could possibly need was within walking distance, or the 6 person golf cart could be used. We had the best time and will definitely return! Thank you!!

Property was in a perfect location, and besides a few hiccups it's a great place to stay! Upstairs bedroom has no bathroom, so you have to come down a flight of stairs to use the bathroom. Master bedroom shower 1 of the faucets didn't work right and the pool need a railing in it. One of the other bathroom toilets wasn't totally connected to the floor so it wobbled using it. And you can't open one of the drawers in kitchen without opening the dishwasher door first. These are all things that can be easily fixed. But overall it was a great stay and we all had a great time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful, excellent location for groceries and dining. Plumbing was an issue on our first full day there. We first thought the issue was the toilet on ground floor, it was leaking and sewage came up in shower. Maintenance came in good time. It was a larger job and a plumber came late Monday evening and used 40 ft of snake to get it open. Probably debris from the renovation of tile in the bathrooms. We used so many towels and beach towels to keep water from getting under dining table. The Trip was so nice, the weather perfect, fishing was wonderful. We only used the golf cart once, the pool was great for the kids. We had 7 adults and 5 kids ranging from 3-12.
