This house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 15 guests (maximum) with a bathroom and shower downstairs. Outdoor table fire pit and grill makes it ideal to relax on the back porch. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles and has a garage and an outdoor covered patio with grill.

When you enter this two-story home, the entrance has a minimal step into the house. You will find stunning dark wood flooring, plenty of natural lighting, elegant and beach-chic décor and matching furnishings, all bundled in a truly relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Experience ultimate serenity from the moment you enter, as the first floor features the main living area with a pull out sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining area, as well as a queen bedroom and full bath opposite. Covered patio area outside with a small backyard and grill.

House is 0.8 miles to nearest public beach access at Pompano Joe's. Community pool is 5 mins walk, open in summer months. There are 4 parking spots for standard sized cars in driveway. Many nearby vendors from which guests can rent golf carts for less than $100 per day (rates vary with seasons). Discounted rates for golf cart available via Better Beach Golf cart via coupon codes

Lovely House

Our family stayed for 2 weeks. Beds were comfortable. Quiet location in a cul de sac. Very close to the beach and several restaurants. We made some great family memories here.

Awesome Stay!

This place was the perfect space and location for our trip. We had two families (plus a dog) and the home had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. It is in a quiet and gated community making it a relaxing retreat. It was clean and the host was very responsive. We would stay again! I recommend heading to Henderson State Park for beach pictures and Dewey Destin Harborside for seafood.

Property was a great fit for our group with plenty of room. Owner communicated well with questions or minor issues. Location was good but traffic getting in & out of subdivision was not the best.

Beach vaca with the grandkids

We all loved this place! It was so easy to use the golf cart to shuttle the kids to the beach, just a few short blocks away. The host was extremely responsive, and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Very private and secure neighborhood !

This home was so beautiful we will definitely book our next stay here too! It was very clean, nicely decorated and had all the essentials we needed. It was so spacious too! The golf cart was such a nice bonus. The BEST host you could of ever asked for!!

Nice play to stay!

Wonderful stay for vacation! The golf cart was a nice amenity as it made it easy to get to the beach and haul all of our items. The house is very pretty and as shown in the pictures. It could definitely use a deep clean though. We had a minor issue with some bedding that the owner took care of. We noticed some of the beds didn’t have clean sheets. Overall we would definitely stay here again! Beautiful gated community!

Great location!

The property was centrally located with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The golf cart was great for getting our whole family to the beach. The floor was not properly cleaned and sheets were not all changed when we arrived but the property manager took care of the issue very quickly and sent the cleaning crew to correct the issue. We would stay there again!

Awesome Place for a Family trip

This place was a perfect place for my family. Rooms and bathrooms for everyone, beaches and great restaurants are in walking distance. Comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen with 8 seat dining table, great sofa set with a must try bean bag 🤩 So many things that made our trip so comfortable and safe.
