If FUN is your top vacation priority, we invite your group (of up to 8 people) to stay at our fantastic beach townhouse. We have located within the fabulous Gulf Walk complex, just a short 5 min walk to the most beautiful beaches in Florida, and just minutes from premium shopping & dining. Escape to our little slice of paradise and enjoy an on-site sparkling pool and blazing-fast WiFi. **Pet-Friendly!

The space
You'll have everything you need for a memorable vacation right at your fingertips at our fun beach townhouse. Its prime location puts you steps from the powder-white beaches and is only mins from the hottest beach-side restaurants and shopping! Our property backs up to the shared Gulf Walk pool, practically in your backyard!

We provide a FREE beach wagon, umbrella, and two chairs to take with you on your daily beach adventures ($50 daily savings)! Our home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably, with three bedrooms and six beds.

If working is a must while on vacation, don't worry! You can enjoy blazing-fast WiFi for all of your work or streaming needs. The sparkling pool will keep everyone entertained if you need quiet time for work.

Here's the house breakdown, so you'll know exactly what to expect:
Kitchen: If you love cooking while on vacation, you'll be happy to find everything you need and then some in our fully stocked kitchen! Enjoy stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), a double toaster, a blender for morning smoothies, a coffee maker, plus plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. You'll have everything you need to cook and enjoy meals in-home.

Dining: Enjoy plenty of seating for meals with our large family-style dining table and breakfast bar seating. There's room for everyone! There's also a 2nd level balcony and ground-level patio to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.

Living Room: Enjoy plenty of comfy seating for everyone while you relax and stream your favorite show or movie on the 65" TV with Roku. The living room opens up to the covered patio and a lovely courtyard view. There's also an Xbox360, a complete poker set, and board games if you want to make it a game night.


The 1st Bedroom (The 'King') features a king-size bed with a Jack & Jill bathroom and soaking tub (ready for two guests).

The 2nd Bedroom ('The Queens') has a queen over-queen bunk bed with a Jack & Jill bathroom and soaking tub (ready for four guests).

In the 3rd and last Bedroom (Main Bedroom), you will find a main bedroom with a king-size bed and queen over queen bunk-bed and an en-suite full main bathroom (ready for four guests and baby –baby crib is available and located in the large master closet).

Outside: Wake up each morning and enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee on your private, covered patio or 2nd-level private balcony. Enjoy the lovely pool views while relaxing or eating breakfast on the deck. Our back patio overlooks the Gulf Walk shared pool.

Want to grill some fresh seafood? Plan an evening cookout on the back patio with our furnished propane gas barbecue grill while the kids swim or enjoy the loaded game room!

Additional:
+We provide a beach wagon, beach umbrella, & 2 beach chairs for your use every day, which is a $50 daily savings!! You'll be just a 5-minute walk to white sand beaches!

+Need to work a little while on vacation? No problem! Our fabulous townhouse offers high-speed WiFi so you can vacation AND get work done. Everyone can stay connected and stream on their devices simultaneously with no issues.

+There is a full-size washer and dryer on the 2nd floor, so you can conveniently launder your clothes daily.

+A high chair can be provided for your little ones.

Cleanliness is a priority! Just as our excellent guest reviews confirm, our wonderful villa will be deeply and thoroughly cleaned before your stay. Our staff uses CDC-approved hard surface disinfectants and sanitizer to kill all COVID-19 germs. We also ensure to disinfect of all doorknobs, faucets, & bathroom fixtures to keep you safe & healthy.
Guest access
When you book our fantastic beach townhouse at Gulf Walk, you'll be given a keyless entry code for easy access (self-check-in). There is space for two vehicles to park at the house, and additional parking is based on availability at the complex entrance.

The Gulf Walk complex is just steps from gorgeous emerald waters and white sand beaches. Enjoy our complimentary beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs on your daily beach adventures ($50 daily savings).

As a guest at our townhouse, you'll have full access to the shared, sparkling pool that our back patio overlooks.

Our villa is pet friendly! Don't leave your furry family members behind. ($150 fee for one pet, or $180 for two)
