Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Amazing View

If you are looking for a beautiful view of the ocean this room #1108A is perfect for you. Few notes: more like hotel than condo. Do have access to Top's L private beach and 2 pools. We will stay at Top's L again

Great space

Great area. Not a far walk to the beach. Everyone was very pleasant. My only complaint is that the water was shut off for almost 24 hours. Very inconvenient especially with a young child. No toilet, shower, or sink to wash our dishes. The closest shower was at the fitness center

NOT worth the price to sleep on a rock hard bed, a pretty tiny room, and worst of all..next to noisy neighbors! The owners live next door..and all that separates you is a thin door, meaning you hear EVERYTHING that they do! Would highly not recommend, look elsewhere.

Overall okay - bed is biggest complaint

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this room. Wish I had known to bring my own pillows blankets and towels. Unfortunately the king size bed only comes with 2 thin sheets and 2 wimpy pillows. You also only get 2 towels in the room. I stayed with my husband and as a woman I need 2 towels after a shower (one for hair, one for body). This was super inconvenient. Please provide more blankets/pillows/towels for provide a large warming to your guest. Ridiculous.

Horrible nights sleep

Good points: unit was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Bad points: as stated by others, the mattress was horrible. Back and hips hurt and hardly any sleep. There’s no cushion or softness to it what do ever. We did a last minute trip and there wasn’t much to choose from. If you have other options, take it.

Beautiful Place

I loved the place…it was clean and exactly like the pics online. Only bad thing was the fridge was unclean and not working. All of my cold items were really a waste that I had purchased I couldn’t use the fridge. I felt unsafe and was unable to sleep because of the adjoining room only had a lock which could be unlocked on both sides. As beautiful as the place was I was unable to enjoy it completely because I couldn’t sleep thinking someone may come in at anytime.

It was OKAY However I won’t be back

There is a lot of wear and tear in the room. The microwave was not stabilized We had to hold it in order to open and close it. The washcloths were Dingy. No forks or spoons. You can see the screws in the bed from wear it was previously damaged. The pictures gave me higher expectation.

Nice Condo

The condo was nice but we had noisy neighbors who were up late & up early the next day. I was happy that they left that morning. That is the one & only downfall was that you can hear the neighbors as if they are in the same room.

The room was just as updated as it looks in pictures and the AC was amazing. The view was pretty and it’s actually closer to the beach than it looks. My boyfriend loved the balcony. The staff at guest registration were super friendly at both check in and checkout. The unit itself was a little disappointing in a few areas. The bed was rock solid which was less than ideal for being almost seven months pregnant, they had silverware in the unit but forks were nowhere to be found and the door between our room and the adjoining unit was about as thick as a curtain which led to us being woken up at 6AM for half our trip due to the noise next door. Also, if you want a washer/dryer you need to rent the adjoining unit as well as this unit. The condos do not have a shared laundry facility, they did give us the name of the closest facility at the front desk though. The staff, the proximity to the beach for the price we paid, and the location in the middle of PCB and Destin made it worth it but the small inconveniences definitely took their toll by the end of the trip. Hopefully these things can be updated for the next renters!
