This whimsical second floor, 3br/2ba beach cottage overlooks the resort's main pool. The spacious living room has vaulted ceilings and as it attached to a screen porch. The living room has a large flatscreen TV, DVD player and new furniture. The open kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and a granite counter top, outfitted with barstools. The first level en suite master has a king bed and a private screened porch overlooking the pool. The first guest bedroom has a queen. There is a second guest bathroom on the main floor. A spiral staircase leads to a loft that has a second guest bedroom that has two twin beds. For extra guests, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort offers several on-site amenities such as, a lake with a fishing pier, a horseshoe pit, a basketball court, professional quality tennis courts, and outdoor grills.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age. 1
