"La experiencia ha sido terrible, me confirmaron mi reserva y me hicieron el cobro y antes de llegar me dijeron que no tenía ninguna reserva, que el hotel estaba totalmente lleno, fue una cosa terrible porque luego de un mes no me han devuelto mi dinero, No recomiendo este lugar para nada."

"The hotel is showing its age. They keep it clean and the staff is as warm and welcoming as always. We had to upgrade to a condo at the tower and it is not as well maintained as the hotel. The quality of the service at the restaurant is good and relatively fast. The cuisine is simple but delicious. "
