"We had reservations for long time yet our first room AC did Not work Was only cold air The upset was when we called them to change the room we're trying to "convince us" was working They sent 2 man to repair it More than 30 min later and 3 more maintenance men could not solve it so I called and ask for manager she was super nice and finally we got a new room"

"I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and would not recommend it to anyone. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room was filthy when I arrived. The towels, bed sheets, floor, and other surfaces were covered with hair. The sheets appeared to be unwashed, and the entire bed was in a shocking condition. There were crumbs and debris underneath the mattress protector, and both the mattress protector and bedding were stained with substances I could not identify. The overall level of hygiene was honestly disgusting. I took photos of the towels, sheets, stains, and room conditions because I could hardly believe what I was seeing. When I asked to have the room cleaned or to be moved to another room, I was told that all the rooms were the same. Despite repeatedly requesting cleaning during my stay, it never happened. I eventually had to obtain clean sheets myself. The hotel is also extremely noisy. While it is located in the center of Jerusalem, there is constant traffic noise and beeping from the street. The windows provide very poor sound insulation, making it difficult to rest or sleep. The staff seemed to be doing the bare minimum. Even during the week, when the hotel did not appear particularly busy, basic requests were ignored. Another concern is safety. The room doors do not have an internal security latch or chain. The door can be opened with a key, but there is no additional lock from the inside that guests can use for their own peace of mind. Overall, this was a very"

"Stayed for one night on a business trip. The hotel was clean, parking was readily available, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The room was comfortable and functional for a short stay. On the downside, the overall design and decor feel noticeably outdated, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Overall, a reasonable choice for a business stay, but the property would benefit from modernization."

"Excellent place to stay while visiting Jerusalem. The staff and service were excellent. Quite elegance for those in the know this is the place to go. Can’t wait to come stay here again. Special thank you goes to the front desk staff who made the check-in experience after a long flight a seamless experience. The room was nice and nicely finished though the shower got some getting used too. The food and especially the breakfast are a must."

"I don't know where to begin, but this is the nicest hotel we have enjoyed in Jerusalem. The staff was incredible. The room is modern, comfortable and relaxing. AC and instant hot water, but with giant windows if you prefer. The architecture is stunning in the views from the tower that you can go to at the top let you view all of the old city. It is situated perfectly amongst various obvious meeting places. The service is simply incredible, daily changing of the bed linens and towels, security staff, on-site food, on site access to things like laundry service and tours etc. You simply won't find a better hotel at a better value. But in addition it will make a great memories."
