"A nice hotel convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants in Emeryville at a very reasonable price. Comfy clean bed. Friendly helpful staff. Pool, hot tub, and the indoor fireplace were good perks. It was disappointing the two enclosed courtyard fireplaces were not operable. A short ride to OAK."

"I love everything about this property except the overflowing garbage bins outside the front doors when arriving, and the dismal lack of accessibility parking. Yes, a few spaces are provided, but not nearly enough for the number of guests staying here the have mobility limitations. The staff however, are consistently very helpful and nice, the beds are comfy, and breakfast is tasty. "

"I was so happy with everything never the food was good. The staff was gonna be only a server. I don’t remember his name, but we went down to go buy some food. We wanted to take it upstairs and he was kind of rude. He was very rude they bother her everything we say to him and when he took our food, he just grabbed a bunch of bag and all the food on the tree that this is for all of you and walked away. I think that that was unprofessional. I don’t know if it was because we were taking it upstairs and we’re not gonna give him any tip but if you don’t, we’re gonna give him any tip no matter, we’re taking them upstairs and he was a little nicer towards us, but other than that, the staff in the front and all the other people that they’re amazing the place is beautiful. I recommended to everybody the server. I just don’t remember what his name is. We went like 5 o’clock at night on Saturday "

"The hotel and room were generally clean and nicely provisioned. Some mold on the shower ceiling was a little off putting. Also, the shower drain required you to manually manipulate it to be open enough to keep water from accumulating which nobody wants to do in a hotel room. Free bottles of water were provided in the room which is great for weary travelers arriving late at night. Light on the towels in the room (I think stocking 4 in a room with 2 people is appropriate, not 2). The shuttle service to and from the airport was really convenient. The checking in process was a little slow. There was only one desk attendant for a bit despite the arrival of a group from the shuttle."

"The staff were very friendly and the hotel smelled clean. They offered lemon water in the lobby and check in was simple. The room was mostly clean and spacious, the window was left open. I thought the shower was clean until I started to step in and noticed the floor was filthy gray. The carpet was a bit crunchy, the bed was comfortable and the tiled entry seemed clean."
