Love the pools and how close it is to everything , it’s literally in the center of the cape so even a ride to Provincetown is only a little over a hour, the room was big with two bathrooms, air conditioning worked great nice little barbecue area with basketball court and playground and the front desk had no problem helping with anything we will continue to make this a every summer destination for years to come

I love the place itself. So clean, people were so sweet and helpful. Loved having the ocean right there. The loungers were great.
The only things I didn’t enjoy was no coffee pots in the room, no plastic cups for water or to rinse your teeth. Also the deluxe queen had a view of the side parking lot and food truck. But overall I enjoyed my stay!

The room was cute and had a window facing the ocean but no screen to open and enjoy. The bathroom was clean but no place to put toiletries for two people. I thought I spent the extra money for breakfast but the paper tucked into the envelope with the keys said breakfast was $17+ . There was 1 light for the entire room. Was it okay, yes. Would I go back, no.
