"I arrived late on a Sunday night after a long flight from Chicago. I was tired and just wanted to get to my room, have a shower, and get to bed. The young woman who checked me in was absolutely lovely - professional, effective, informative, and just pleasant to a weary traveler. On top of this, the room was just perfect, it was in very good shape, was very clean, the bed was so comfortable, and I just felt immediately relaxed. I didn't use the amenities - including the dining room - so cannot speak to that but I used to work in the hotel business as a former career, having worked my way up from being a room attendant to the desk onto various Senior management positions so I tend to look at my experiences in hotels with a very keen eye! Well done, Sandman."

"Thought I had booked a pet friendly room, apparently not , the front desk had to make some changes. Still every thing turned out fine, just a short delay getting into the room."

"The property was tidy, the building seemed new and clean. The amenities were good. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was basic, but good. Rooms were clean and in good condition"

"Wouldn't stay again. Room was worn and outdated. Dogs were barking throughout our trip we made a few complaints. Staff wasn't very friendly. Breakfast was very minimal we ended up having to get breakfast elsewhere. White Spot is attached to the hotel however food was terrible and way over priced for what it is. Wouldn't recommend at all"
