"It feels like a new hotel. Everything was fresh and clean. We didn't eat breakfast here or use the facilities so cannot comment. The tv got stuck on the hotel channel and they responded immediately and fixed it. A tiny bit of hwy noise but nothing that bothered us. Would stay again - great location for Chilliwack."

"I booked the expensive room with the hot tub, the hot tub jet didn’t work and half the carpet was wet with terrible moldy smell and we saw ants everywhere!!!"

"Heater was broken in room. 80 degrees Fahrenheit the entire time. Room was on the ground floor with no way to lock the window. They had a piece of aluminum on the track attempting to hold the windo closed but it could be easily opened anyways. Lots of damage do walls and trim. Shower would go from a normal temp to scalding hot in an instant. I was burned twice. They never cleaned the room once while I stayed there. Ants infesting the room. They charged $140 a night when this place is only worth $40 a night for crack heads."

"I have stayed in a Ramada / Wyndham hotels over the years. This one definitely does not meet the standards of Ramada / Wyndham. The hotel was nothing like the advertised pictures. Did not get the King room we booked as no water in the king rooms. only one entrance into building was told to go up stairs and we would find our room. did not tell us we had to go out fire door walk deck, in fire door then find room. the entrance /exit door by our room had all the key control wiring cut out so it was unusable. always had to walk the whole building to get to room. Rooms & whole hotel were very dated and nothing looks repaired or upgraded in a very long time. The hotel just has a junky look and feel to it. next time I will defiantly look for a different hotel to stay at. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE"

"I booked a 2 queen bed room in advance and when I showed up they had overbooked amd only had 1 bed rooms left despite booking in advance. The lady was very rude about it an insisted I never booked despite me showing the conformation. They didnt offer any sort of refund even though i paid in advance and without telling me sent a another charge on my card since the 1 bed rooms were more expensive. Unprofessional and i dont recommend booking there "
