"Sink was clogged for 4 days. Asked 3 staff members for help, one cleaning, two at front desk, no help. Finally took picture of sink about to overflow to someone at front desk, they snaked it that night, but it reclogged in the morning. Gave up, lived with a dirty water sink for 3 days/night. Note, just brushing teeth, no shaving etc. "

"The Riverwalk Plaza Hotel was the perfect location if your intin visiting the riverwalk. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room had a nice set up however the room wasn't very clean or practical. The pool area was nice."

"It was a very clean somewhat dated property. There was no breakfast buffet as I have had in the past. Great location on the riverwalk"

"The breakfast was fresh, but the menu never changed. When we arrived, the water wasn't working in the whole hotel, and we weren't told that until AFTER we paid for the room. That was the case with some other guests as well. The rooms were cleaned only upon request. The drainage in the shower was AWFUL. The parking garage didn't feel safe as there were no barrier gates or doors to keep walkers from the street coming in and stealing and possibly mugging some folks. The hotel staff didn't seem confident or comfortable talking to guests and answering simple questions about the hotel and the surrounding area. "
