"I booked a non smoking room with amenities of a refrigerator and microwave and ac. The room had three cockroaches in it and the ac was not on when I opened the door. There was no refrigerator. It was over 90 degrees inside. I turned on the ac but still had to get a fan to get the temperature down. It took 2 hours for the room to cool to under 80 degrees. It was miserable. The room had an ashtray and burn marks on the bedding, furniture and even the bathtub. The bedding was dirty and the pillows...

"The people at the front desk were so rude, I paid for 2 nights and did the check in properly, but then the next day they take my stuff out of the room , arguing that I just paid for 1 night, and than they didn't want to give ma an other room, they just say , go an complain whit Expedia that's not our problem, and after been arguing about it and show them the payment and the confirmation number, they said they gonna do me a favor, and let me sleep in an other room even it was not their...
